Linven Posted October 11, 2015 Share Posted October 11, 2015 Today is D3 for me. I felt great in the morning, then bottomed out with a headache and that tired, lethargic feeling mid day. To be honest, I was dragging early. Also, a bit of nausea. Consequently, I've only had an pre-wo egg, and 2 meals. It is already 7:30! Too late for dinner... Has anyone else struggled with this? Is missing a meal at "start over" offense? Will an apple be ok? Just need to plan better! What are the thoughts on this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
