So excited to be starting this, my current motivation is that my birthday is next month and I have this awesome dress I had purchased, but I gained weight and it no longer fits me so i'm determined to fit back into it, as well as learn to love myself and body for the first time! if anyone has any tips or advice i'd greatly appreciate it! The Whole30 is compatible with learning to love yourself and your body. You might fit into a dress next month, but if you focus on that, you will probably not learn to love yourself or your body. The Whole30 is not a diet and if you go at it like that, all you get is a diet, not all the powerful, life-changing stuff that comes from really doing a Whole30.
