Pamparsok Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 I am on day 11 and last night I could not sleep because I was just too warm. I live in Canada where we are going into fall time so our outside temperature is cooler. I am finding at times that my body temperature seems warmer. I am 46 and do not have hot flashes yet and this was not a flash...it was more like being too warm in the summer time. I have between 90-100 lbs to lose to get to a normal BMI. That concept is outside the scope of a Whole30: you might want to check into Ayurvedic resources that address this issue.Within the scope of a Whole30, are you staying sufficiently hydrated?
