quotidianlight
I was starving and carefully ordered sashimi at Whole Foods. I totally spaced and ordered wheat free soy sauce. Several bites in I realized what I'd done and freaked out. I was near tears as my boyfriend mixed up some faux soy sauce out of a couple vinegers and salt. I only ate 3 pieces but that is still a good dose of soy. Should I really start over?
Robin Strathdee
I hate to say it, I really do, but yeah. Think of it this way: It's not punishment. We're not the teacher putting you in a corner for making a bad choice. Having soy actually breaks the reset that you were doing in your body and will keep you from achieving the success you deserve for putting in the work that this program demands. Those results are yours, dangit! No little slip up is going to cheat you out of them. Kick it back to day one and enjoy how much easier it will be with the lessons you've learned already in your pocket.
quotidianlight
I've been tossing it over in my head and starting over feels a little too close to my old eating disordered mindset. I'm going to just keep going and add 4 more days onto the end.
