We encourage you to eat a full breakfast of protein, fat, and veggies within one hour of waking in the morning. The power of the Whole30 approach is how it gets your hormones to support fat loss instead of fighting it. One of the most powerful things we can do to get our hormones working for us is to eat a real breakfast soon after waking.
