Started whole30 on wednesday, october 13th 2015

Day1

Feel a bit hungry, maybe because not enough food

Day2

I still kept thinking about my usual night snacks, but i stay strong

Day3

I get home today, and eat a lot of fruits

Day4

Today is the fourth day, i eat sweet potato, and 4 bananas, and some fish

Ifeel full now, and my night craving is gone
