Theflow Posted October 17, 2015 Share Posted October 17, 2015 Started whole30 on wednesday, october 13th 2015 Day1 Feel a bit hungry, maybe because not enough food Day2 I still kept thinking about my usual night snacks, but i stay strong Day3 I get home today, and eat a lot of fruits Day4 Today is the fourth day, i eat sweet potato, and 4 bananas, and some fish Ifeel full now, and my night craving is gone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is better to have three meals each day consisting of protein, vegetables and fat.
