want to reintro soy by itself but with what?

Hi coming up on the end of my second whole30 and I really want to try reintroducting soy by itself but somewhat at a loss as to how. I have two different organic soy sauces in the fridge but they both have wheat in them. What can I try that just has soy? Thank you!

Every miso soup (already compiled) I've found has rice in it. I'm doing soy tomorrow and I'm considering having miso soup anyway since it's so often part and parcel. But forewarned.

 

Frozen bags of edamame with salt on them are easy peasy to get though. :)

I don't have any in the house, so I can't check ingredients, but maybe tofu &/or TVP? (I think TVP stands for texturized vegetable protein.) I'd look in the health foods section of the grocery store first, b/c those will probably have the fewest ingredients.
