Chris28
I have completed the 30 and what I really missed was some cream for coffee and cheese. I brought that back with no issues. Now is it ok to just stay Whole 30 and keep dairy in? I have lots of inflammation so felt I wanted to do longer. Program much more tolerable with dairy. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 18, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 18, 2015 After your whole30, you can do whatever you want. I would caution you to continue to pay attention to how you feel. After my first whole30 and some reintroductions, I felt dairy didn't have much effect on me, so I continued to eat whole30 style but with a little half and half in my coffee every morning. In a week or two, I realized some of the aches and pains I'd gotten rid of during whole30 had come back. So while occasional small amounts of dairy don't cause noticeable effects for me, continued consumption over time seems to.
Chris28
Thanks. Very hard for me to decide what's up as things seems so subtle. I am going back strict again tomorrow. It seems weird that you could feel bad after just one day of eating something. I understand if GI issues but the other stuff.
