Can I take Nature Made Vitamin D3 2000 IU?

Vitamin Shoppe makes a decent D3/K2 combo.  Like Nature Made, it uses gelatin for the capsule.  It adds cellulose, mag stearate and silica.  It lacks soy and all the other things Nature Made does not contain.  Stearate is a hot button for some due to stearic acid effect on T-cells.  I brush it off because a small pill's outermost coating to help it fly through the bottling equipment without jamming is not a bioaccumulation concern for me.  Silica is beneficial, it converts into a usable calcium but is so trace in these pills that it hardly matters.

K2, and magnesium (well beyond the amount in the stearate compound), contribute to D3 absorption.  I take the Vitamin Shoppe D3/K2, a three-source magnesium (glycinate, malate, citrate) and no calcium.

I fell into this trap, only I didn't discover my Naturemade vitamin D included soybean and corn oil until Day 23 (this afternoon). I am totally crushed. If anyone has thoughts on how this tiny daily capsule would've been detrimental to the physiological benefits of my Whole30 thus far I'd appreciate your insight. I feel sad because things had been going surprisingly well so far. I've been very careful (besides this, I guess), not had terrible cravings, avoided eating out or other situations where I'd either have to ask a million questions or take a risk, and have avoided anything I wasn't 100% sure was compliant (again, except for this. ugh.). I have felt well physically basically the whole time and enjoyed challening myself to cook new foods. So I guess I don't feel like this oversight would necessitate a start over for me in terms of psychological benefits of the Whole30, but I want to understand what psysiological effects the small dose of soybean and corn oil may have been having these last 23 days. Thank you.

Soy in supplements or medication never occurred to me.  I have been prescribed Vitamin D, 50,000 units that I take once per week.  My level was measured at 16 in September.  I think I have now taken 4 of the doses.  How could I find out what else is in it since it is a prescription?

And, when my doctor prescribed it, I asked if I should try to add and Vitamin K since I had read about it working together.  She told me that is just hocus pocus.  (Yes, I need to find a new doctor, but I didn't know enough to respond intelligently to her).  Does anyone have info on that, or could anyone suggest what I could be taking to add to the prescription?
Thanks so much! - Jennifer
