away for 3 days on conference...help!

Hardy veg (cucumber, celery, peppers, carrots etc), tinned fish, compliant jerky, jars of pickles/veg, olives, coconut flakes - all sorts of things when you think outside of the box - and these are only to supplement what you might be able to eat from the catering provided.

With a catered breakfast opt for something like poached eggs, tomatoes & mushrooms for instance. For lunches & dinners try any kind of dry grilled meat/fish with salad, plain baked potato, steamed veg etc.

You could also bring your own oil/lemons/vinegar for dressings.

Are you currently on a Whole30?
