Guest
Next week I'm away on a conference for 3 days with no ability to cook or store things in the fridge. What on earth can I eat?!
jmcbn
Hardy veg (cucumber, celery, peppers, carrots etc), tinned fish, compliant jerky, jars of pickles/veg, olives, coconut flakes - all sorts of things when you think outside of the box - and these are only to supplement what you might be able to eat from the catering provided. With a catered breakfast opt for something like poached eggs, tomatoes & mushrooms for instance. For lunches & dinners try any kind of dry grilled meat/fish with salad, plain baked potato, steamed veg etc.You could also bring your own oil/lemons/vinegar for dressings. Are you currently on a Whole30?I'd phone in advance for a chat about your dietary needs. Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted October 22, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 22, 2015 Check out the "on the road" post from Melissa and Dallas: http://whole9life.com/2011/07/whats-in-your-cooler/ If you are staying at a hotel, they may allow you to store food in their kitchen fridge. Alternatively, you can bring a small cooler and just keep restocking ice from the hotel. You CAN do this!
