I am new so really I'm no expert but I would say plan ahead. It really helps. Plan your meals, plan you snacks if needed, what can you do to make it easier. I've found that very helpful so far. I'm sure you will do just fine!!

I am starting the Whole 30 on Monday, Oct. 26.  I have a horrible sugar addiction.  I need help!

When the sugar cravings strike & a distraction technique isn't cutting it reach for fat - olives, a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of mayo - any kind of fat. It's the only way to show your Sugar Dragon who is boss.
