I'm starting to stress, not really much of a cook. Trying to find easy ideas on stuff to make. Not really sure on what to make, and I'm doing this alone. I am a overweight guy, and I know I need to make lifestyle changes. I'm reading the book now. So any ideas would be helpful.

There are a few great websites to check out for easy recipes and these people have also done whole 30 so they have sections of their websites dedicated to whole 30 approved recipes. I am sticking a whole chicken in the crockpot today following a recipe on Nom Nom Paleo and I am doing a stew later in the week from theclothesmakethegirl.com. Definitely worth checking out those sites. Check out the cooking feed too, people sometimes post recipes there. I also search for whole 30 recipes on pinterest but double check ingredients sometimes I do have to omit an ingredient or two to truly make it whole 30 approved.

There's no reason you can't do this. You say you can't cook, but I'm guessing you can scramble eggs and put stuff in the oven, right? That's a start.

Here's a basic how to roast vegetables recipe -- just sub out whatever veggies you want, and you can use any oil/fat source that sounds good. If you find Whole30 compliant bacon, save the bacon fat and roast your veggies in that -- yum. Or use ghee or coconut oil or whatever. The recipe doesn't list them, but you can cut potatoes or sweet potatoes into chunks and mix them in too. When I'm feeling lazy, I'll look for these type of packages of vegetables in the fresh produce section -- I don't even have to chop anything up, just open the bag, toss with oil, salt, and pepper, throw it on a baking sheet into a preheated oven, and voila, veggies for my meal. (the smaller bags, I eat as one serving. The family size ones I just save part for later.)

For meat, as dlocs21 mentioned, roasting a whole chicken in the crockpot is good. If you don't have a crockpot, you can do it in the oven. Brown a pound or two of ground beef, you can use it in a salad, or stuff a baked potato or sweet potato with it, or do a sort of stirfry with some fresh or frozen vegetables.

For fats, add avocado or olives to your meals, or make some mayo. Or make sauces to both get in your fat servings and to make your meals more interesting. Try Chimichurri sauce, Moroccan dipping sauce, or sunshine sauce (for this one, if you have trouble finding sunbutter with no added sugar, just sub almond butter).

Occasionally, you can try some more elaborate recipes if you want, just to change things up, but mostly, stick to simple stuff and focus on getting lots of veggies, protein, and healthy fats, and occasionally have some fruit. It doesn't have to be very difficult.
