Bobo1295
Today was day 4 on my whole 30 adventure and the headache was insane this morning. I also don't think I'm eating enough. I'm used to eating one meal per day and sometimes I would go an entire day without eating or even feeling hungry. Hence the reason I can never lose weight because when I do get hungry I feel famished and eat everything in site. I miss my soda but can live without it. The biggest issue I'm having is with breakfast. I enjoy the sugar free bacon and eggs but I have high cholesterol and am worried that eating too many eggs will make it skyrocket! Any suggestions? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 26, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 26, 2015 Hi, Bobo1295. Lots of people worry about cholesterol, especially since many Whole30ers find they're eating a lot more eggs than normal. This article has some information, and it's been discussed on the forums before as well, where people have linked to other resources. Google Whole30 forum cholesterol for those past discussions -- this one is probably a good place to start, but there are others. During your Whole30, please be sure you eat at least three template sized meals a day, and try to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up. Your hunger signals seem to be out of whack (based on the fact that you've been able to go entire days without feeling hungry), so while listening to your body and eating when your hungry is a great goal, you shouldn't depend on those hunger signals now. As you get used to eating regularly every 4-5 hours throughout the day, you'll start feeling hungry at those times.
