Starting today, October 26!

I have been working very hard at cleaning up my eating habits the past few months, I have quit smoking completely, and now it is time to commit to 30 days. My husband and I are going on vacation December 6, there are no major events between today and our departure date, so there are no excuses for taking this on. Today is day 1. The Whole 30 makes sense to me, it is just a matter of applying it.


Here's to day 1!
