I've been thinking about trying the Whole 30 for the last year but hesitated due to my nasty diet coke habit. We just got back from a great Fall Break with our kids in DC and are next vacation is not until Christmas. Decided Whole 30 was a great way to clean up our bad habits. Wish us luck! I suggest you join a forum that has some other people in it so you get a really broad base under your feet - and then plan, plan, plan every meal....
