Guest Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 I've been using nuts/nut butters as one of my sources of fat (I am low fodmap and can only tolerate 20g of avocado) but my stomach is getting a bit fed up of them. There are lots of other choices apart from avocado... Thanks very much I'm not a fan of olives (try to force myself to like them), and coconut butter seems fairly portable when I'm on the go!
