berniesmom
I picked up some beef chili from Whole Foods today, planning to serve the family for dinner tonight. All the ingredients are compliant with the exception of the kidney beans. Would it be OK to have some and just pick the beans out of my portion? I have chicken as a backup but boy that chili looks good for a chilly fall evening! thanks!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 27, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 27, 2015 No. "Essence" of beans soaks into other ingredients when cooking. You can't remove that essence by removing the beans.
