Illness or withdrawl (day2)

If you actually have a fever, it's more likely to be some sort of illness. When people talk about "carb flu" or sugar withdrawal, the usual symptoms are headaches, tiredness, and fogginess, not so much fevers.


In either case, drink lots of water, up your intake of starchy vegetables for a few days, have some broth, be sure you salt your food, and get as much rest as you can. If you don't feel much like eating, focus on things like scrambled eggs, baked potatoes or sweet potatoes, and plain chicken.
