Nutrition facts vs. Ingredients

I just had a Naked brand drink that has orange juice, kale puree, apple juice, cucumber juice, spinach juice, celery puree, ginger juice, lemon juice and natural flavors. I just started the whole 30 and I keep seeing all over the website that I need to "read the ingredients". In my obsession with reading the ingredients, I failed to realize that under nutritional facts it states 34grams sugar. I know it does not have any added sugar, but did I just screw up and have to start over? Thank you!

There was no added sugar, so you didn't break the rules. However, it's strongly recommended not to have juice to drink. It's allowed to sweeten recipes, or to have a splash in some sparkling water. As you discovered, juices have lots of sugar, so if you have a sugar dragon at all, juice is just going to keep it going.
