Long bike ride- What to eat

i've been doing good for like a year of AIP, then started to struggle as I started to exercise more. I'm starting today my second Whole30, after a month of stepping back again, and again because, I think of some long bike rides. 

Today is Day 1, and i'm planning to go for a bike ride. What should I eat to make sure I don't crave carbs in the following days?
