Alienorange
Hi, new here. Im on day 25 of my first to-be-complete (yes i dare say!) w30, I plan on doing another one in Jan 2016 - and some others during the year - since I have issues with adrenal fatigue, asthma and allergy, stressful life (special needs mom) and probably a leaky gut. Ive been eating paleo-ish for years, and by now the lesson has sunk in - this kind of food is the kind my body likes the best, and when I eat like this it slowly starts to heal. Period. So, to me, it is a way of life, and I am prepared to just continue forward. I just need to know Im not alone in not feeling any tiger blood in the first attempt... I do see improvements in my health so far in this w30: better sleep, steadier energy levels, better skin and much less body pain (which is a big YEAH!). But, I'm extremely sleepy, and my energy levels are still in a if-I-take-this-long-walk-I-have-to-rest-afterwards-and-cant-make-dinner state, and it is frankly annoying, my head has so many plans my body cant do :/ Its of course nothing new and not because of w30, its due to my starting condition, but it doesnt help with self-motivation. So, fellow w30ers with medical conditions - could you tell me a little bit about the effects youve experienced and your personal w30 timeline? Especially interesting if you've done a couple of rounds and see different results each time!
GFChris
Welcome! It may be helpful first to confirm that you're on the right track in your current Whole30. Can you post a few days worth of your typical log, including portion sizes, daily water consumption, any exercise, nightly hours of sleep, and your current stress levels? We can take a look and see if any changes are merited going forward.
