Something is wrong

Hello everyone, I have been feeling fine all day long. I am on da 5 and I just had dinner and now I am totally congested and feeling very bloated. I did not have anything off plan. I made ground turkey with onions, garlic, tomato paste and Italian seasonings all stuffed in a bell pepper. For a side I made carrots with red onions with garlic powder, salt, coconut oil, and pepper in the oven. What could be going wrong? Thank you for reading and responding, Rudy

It could be a reaction to nightshades, your dinner was fairly loaded with them (two instances of onions, garlic, peppers, tomato product).  Do you normally eat this large a quantity of nightshades in a single meal? 

 

Maybe post what the rest of your typical day looks like (include portions, fluids etc).
