Well, I've made it through breakfast... Now I'm dreaming about lunch. I'm a self proclaimed sugar addict and my life revolves around food and when i get to eat next. I've had 2 kids and really stumbled upon the whole 30 as a way to loose weight. In reading, I'm learning its so much more and that excites me. I'm unhappy with myself and I never feel great, have an upset stomach more often then not. So I'm hoping this change will be positive in every way for me. But at the moment I'm annoyed, craving sugar, and thinking of my next meal. This is going to be a rough first few days.
