I have been feeling really great about myself but then I noticed that I had been eating Banana Peppers out of a jar on my salads on a near daily basis. When I went to purchase some more at the store I was reading the ingredients and saw that they contained bisulfates (or sulfites I can't remember which). To say I was disappointed would be accurate but I am not going to let it derail me and I am not worried about the past. What I am worried about is missing out on the flavor explosion that is banana peppers on my salads the rest of the way. Does anyone know of any ones that are compliant?
