pauley1633
So I have been doing the whole 30 a couple months. I started working 3-11 I don't know if that messed with my appetite or not. I'm not hungry and know I have to eat. Any suggestions on things to try or how to get meals in the way I work since I'm not up early?
pauley1633
I've done the whole 30 a couple of times. Is it normal to loose appetite? I started working 3-11 and I find it hard to get all 3 meals in on this shift without eating late? Any suggestions?

Moderators ShannonM816 Posted November 4, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 4, 2015 Are you eating within an hour of waking up, and then eating every 4-5 hours thereafter? If you're not up early, I'm assuming you're staying up late, so you can probably eat a little later than people who are going to bed early -- for instance, I have some weeks that I'm working 4:30 pm - 1 am, I still eat all three meals, even though everything is later than usual. Supper may be at 9:30 or 10 pm, but since I'm not going to bed til 1:30 or 2 at the earliest, there's still plenty of time between my last meal of the day and bedtime.
