mmkchicago Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 Started Wednesday October 28th and make it through Halloween! I still need to get rid of the candy in the house. Im happy that I made it to day 8 but usually break around 2 weeks when I have tried similar plans/diets/exercise regimes. Im concentrationg on following the rules and not trying to log every meal and calorie. (Hard!) Im going to complete worksheet #2 now and hope to start execising a bit around day 20. I have not put myself in a social situation yet and hope to avoid until I have completed the plan. I have had a few stressful evenings when I didnt have dinner planned and have reached for fruit or nuts. This week I am going to plan my meals!
