Can you add a little unsweetened juice to your water?

Hi! I'm on day 3 and was wondering if we can add unsweetened juice like cranberry and pomegranate to our water. I'm talking like an ounce or less to 12 ounces of water? I'm trying to still work out hard while doing this and it seems to help me in my workouts. I know we're not supposed to "drink" our juice.....just thought this might be okay?
