Was in the moment of the show and grabbed a can of coke took a few sips and then felt disgusting looked at the can and was like OH MY GOD!! I was on day 11 and thanksgiving is coming up after my day 30. I dont want to start over. It was an accident and I was disgusted with myself Im not allergic to any foods and doing whole30 to help with my ADHD, my energy levels and to lose baby weight. What are everyones thoughts? GFChris Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 Ok, take a breath and release the judgment.Yeah, Whole30 general rules say if you consume off-plan ingredients, you have to restart on Day 1, but please read this article for further context. Unfortunately, your body doesn't know you consumed something by accident: it will process it the same, regardless.A possible approach: you could resume Whole30 eating until Thanksgiving, give yourself a break, and then restart 30 consecutive days of Whole30 eating when you're ready.
