Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 8, 2015 Today I had four eggs baked with mizuna greens, chopped onions, and diced tomatoes for meal 1. Meal 2 was leftovers from yesterday - half a small chicken roasted in a cast iron skillet with potatoes and greens. Meal 3 was 7 chicken gizzards pressure cooked with turnip greens, a few turnips, one white baking potato, and diced tomatoes.
