Erica Gucc
Here is a great soup I found!! Except it needs honey. jmcbn
I've quite a few recipes where I don't bother subbing anything for the honey and they turn out fine.It would be fine to use some fruit juice though, or some applesauce.
Erica Gucc
this one might do better without. Maybe add ghee??
Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 8, 2015 I would just leave the honey out.
ArtFossil
Even if I weren't doing Whole 30, I would not put honey in that soup. :-)
tiva
If you do want a bit of sweetness, however, you can toss one date in when you're cooking all the rest of the ingredients. It will blend up just fine.
Xcaflowne
Whenever I make Watercress soup, I will use about 8 dried red dates per 1.5 liters of water/stocks. I think dates are Whole30 approved right?
