healthyteacher4992
Forgot my lunch today! I'm chugging LaCroix until I get home...M1: 5 egg whites scrambled in coconut oil w/ 1 Aidell's apple chicken sausage, broccoli, and spinach// Snack: 2 mini Honeycrisp apples // M3 tonight will be sauteed chicken w/roasted asparagus & brussels sprouts in EVOO...contemplating driving to Kroger to pick up a Larabar until then... jmcbn
I'd be more inclined to suggest you pick up a tin of tuna & some olives or similar over a larabar.... Both will keep you going for much longer!!Why are you only eating the egg whites???
healthyteacher4992
Thank you! Good suggestion for next time. : ) I eat egg whites because of my taste preference, though occasionally I do add in the yolk as well as I know that is where most of the nutrients are. Better#13Stronger
I'm on day 1 and almost bought that chicken apple sausage but saw it had dehydrated apple juice concentrate and was worried it was sugar? Is it on an approved list somewhere bc that would be amazing!

Is it on an approved list somewhere bc that would be amazing! Fruit juice is allowed -- Here's what the Can I Have list says: Fruit Juice: Yes Fruit juice is the only acceptable added sweetener on the Whole30. (We had to draw the line somewhere.) Use it to flavor sauces, soups, or entrees. Tip: While drinking a glass of fruit juice may be technically compliant, we really wouldn’t recommend it, even if you juice it yourself. Juicing strips many of the nutrients out of the fruit, but still leaves all of the sugar. We’d much rather you just eat the fruit.
