Hi Tali! Are you thinking about workouts at home or at a gym? Do you like working out in groups or alone? Figure that out, or try both. I found working out at home alone when I needed to get motivated to start working out was something I just kept putting off. I found signing up for a class makes it like an appointment that I would keep. Try a few things, find the right activity, and you'll be rocking. Good luck!
