HELP!!

I'm on day 14 of my Whole30 and I accidentally ate corn. I was making a curry recipe that called for frozen peas, but I didn't have any so I added a mixed veggie medley that I did have. I didn't realize until it was too late (I have no idea why it didn't click in my brain!) that there were little corn kernels in the veggie medley. My husband and I ate it for three different meal times! So, now I'm wondering if we have to start the Whole30 over. The mixed veggie bag was 12 oz and the corn couldn't have made up more than 1 oz worth. How do I know if we have to start over?!?!!!!

I actually haven't eaten peas either- it was in a curry recipe I found online that was Whole30 compliant, or so I thought. I have been really really careful every day, it was just a silly slip. I've read the article  "Do I Have to Start Over" and I decided that we should start over because corn is a grain and it's one of the more serious slip ups, unlike added sugar. So, what I haven't decided is whether I'll start over tomorrow again at 100% Whole30, or if my husband and I will eat similar to our Whole30 diet until we start over, but actually start 100% after the holidays.

I think I know the curry recipe you're talking about!  It's advertised as being Whole30 compliant and includes a bag of frozen vegetables.  I almost made the same mistake but realized at the last minute that all of the frozen veg medleys at the Trader Joes were noncompliant.  I ended up using frozen bell peppers and some random veg that I had left over in the fridge.  What a bummer.

You have most of the major hurdles out of the way already, including kitchen prep, pantry stores, knowledge base. I agree about starting over, but I think there are some serious advantages to just jumping right back in. In other words.... keep going but extend the original end date so that you benefit from a full 30 days of continuous compliancy.
