kirstenrourke
It's November and I live in New England. I expect to be cold, but I'm inside and dressed warmly and my body still feel cold. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted November 16, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 16, 2015 There's a lot of hormone re-balancing going on, especially if you tended toward a more "SAD" intake previously that included a lot of grains, sugars, etc. Pour a cup of tea, put a pair of slippers on under your desk and power on! It should get better.
ArtFossil
About three days ago, during the day, I felt like my body temperature was barely high enough to support life! Fine today, though (Day 8). :-) Give it a day or two.
MamaJ
I have found that when I'm not eating enough, my body has a hard time maintaining a normal temperature because my body is using all the fuel I gave it just to keep my body going. So if you continue on and you're still having this issue, you may want to increase your meal portions.
kirkor
I often feel colder than people I'm around. Usually I just chalk it up to having lower body fat and pat myself on the back, but my friends call me a wuss anyway.

MimiBeardsley
I wonder if it is true about taking a baby aspirin if you are chronically cold...
