Risa
I self-diagnosed lactose intolerance years ago and have since stuck to Lactaid milk and lactose free yogurt for daily consumption, though I continued eating regular dairy as an ingredient in dishes, occasional cheese or frozen yogurt or pizza, etc. So my question is, when I reintroduce dairy should I go for all-out dairy products all day or include the lactose-free milk and yogurt I was already consuming daily? Or do I need to do separate reintroduction days for regular dairy and lactose-free dairy?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 18, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 18, 2015 If you want to consume only lactose-free dairy, that is what you need to test. If you want to consume regular dairy, that is what you need to test.

GFChris
Ideally I want to have both. So I guess my question is whether I need to do each on a separate day? That would be the way to go, to give you clear testing results.

Lactose-free dairy seemed to go better than full-on dairy, which was predictable!
