Accountability during Whole30

Hi! Having worked with someone recently on accountability, I've come to realize that if I post my exercise and food for the day, it helps me a great deal. AND knowing I have to post it at the end of the day also helps me resist going off track because I know I need to report in. I figured it may help others to do the same. If you're interested in joining in, please do. Whatever day of Whole30 you are on, just jump in and join this Accountability log.

Workout - Pilates

Food - eggs/bacon/fruit, chicken/mushrooms/carrots, and ratatouille w/ ground turkey & a hard boiled egg

Today's inspiration - get stronger for the Turkey Trot and The Color Run

Goal for tomorrow - make sure to get veggies in my breakfast meal

 

And that's how reporting in goes. If you'd like to report in on this thread so we can help each other, that would be inspiring. Even if I do this solo, knowing I need to do this each day will help me, because there was a celebration today, and I was wanting to have a cupcake, but I didn't because I definitely did not want to have to list that in my food for the day!! :)
