7perfected Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 wow! such an informative thread. 1st i had no idea clean and firm was ideal. i just assumed loose and somewhat mushy was better because it seemed to be cleaning more out. now i know. 2nd is it true that it needs to sink instead of float(mine floats)? I'm drinking a compliant tea, I think and hope it is anyway. its a detox tea made my yogi, is that why I'm having small mushy dark poops. I used to rarely poop as I ate terribly. I'm on day 6 of whole30 and about two weeks of basic no carbs, no obvious sugars. I'm still extremely over weight and was hoping for a lot of gut cramping diarrhea to clean me out, is this something I should instead steer away from? Link to comment
