Ok I know you can make your own. The stuff I drink everyday until starting this is mostly water with alot of calcium and few calories/little fat.. not dtinking it on whole 30 of course. But the stuff you make yourself doesnt seem to have any calcium...and a crap load of calories and fat...duh because its nuts....should I just forget about it? Whetr are you ladies getting calcium?

Read this Whole30 article on getting calcium.

And for the record, almonds contain calcium. http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/foods-high-in-calcium.php

If you are looking for a compliant store bought almond milk I was pleasantly surprised to see that Blue Diamond Almond Breeze has removed carrageenan from it's almond milks so the unsweetened variety is now appears to be compliant, even the vanilla flavored one (again unsweetened)

Are you sure it's not hidden under another label name? They still have this up on their website

Ahh! They have announced it, but clearly haven't updated their website properly yet as other pages don't mention it.

Make sure you read the label as older batches will still have it in (and on the label).

Checking to see if the new formulation is compliant.
