I've been doing a lot of research so that I'm prepared and ready-ish... I've gone over the meal planning template, read my list of compliant foods but I'm still confused on one thing (I think only one thing haha..) "Whole30 starchy vegetable" resulted in lots of hits from this forum, take a quick google. Most anything you can think has been asked and answered.
