Reintroduction gone wrong

Hi there! So I had planned to keep eating mostly whole 30 after my 30 days and just reintroduce things as they came up. I was feeling good and wanted to keep the momentum up. That was about 2 weeks ago. Went well for things like dairy and alcohol--had them individually and discovered that dairy isn't the greatest for me, wine is ok, tequila is not. Suddenly the holidays are here, and I ate what I wanted today. That meant there was likely gluten, and dairy, and sugar and who knows what else involved. I wasn't about to ask everyone about every single ingredient in their side dishes. Or pass up my cousins famous pain purdu made with brioche and homemade caramel cream sauce. Tomorrow I will likely feel less than awesome and won't know why for sure. Do I need to then do another whole 30 post-holiday and then test invividual items after that? Or do you think I can eat super clean for a week or two and then try some reintros? I really am curious how different things affect me so I can make more educated choices about what I eat and don't eat.

If you're comfortable that you've been eating mostly Whole30 with some of your own tweaks and have been feeling good up until now then I'd say you could go back to strict tempate meals until you feel like your new normal again and then try reintroducing the foods you had yet to try - bear in mind that having ingested gluten and a whole host of other off plan ingredients in one go that it might take longer than you'd think to get back to 'normal' - two weeks is probably a fair estimate IMHO.
