Day 1 of Whole30!

 

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 6 ounces of unsweetened applesauce, 1 mini box of raisins

 

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 serving of lean ham, 1 serving of cauliflower, 1 small clementine orange, 1 serving of raw carrots, 1 serving of cashew nut halves

 

Dinner: TBD

 

Exercise: 20min of jogging/fast walking

Our meal planning template tells you how to compose meals and how much to eat. You did not get enough protein at breakfast and you needed veggies more than fruit. If you live in the United States, your ham was almost certainly not Whole30-compliant because virtually all ham in the US is cured with sugar.
