Carrie A 'Thompson' Snyder Posted October 26, 2012 Share Posted October 26, 2012 Sooooo, if you eat out at Chipotle, looks like the only safe choice is a salad with mild salsa, carnitas, and guacomole (no dressing). I confess I was hoping to find out that the steak was legal, but t'aint so. I did have the combination for lunch today, and it was tasty. Is mild salsa the only one that can be used? I saw on the Chipotle website that none of the salsas have soy or gluten in them. Do the others have sugar or something that causes them to be excluded? From what I could tell about the quote that was in this thread, it looks like all the salsas are fine, but you may want to look at the website.
