4windsrider Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 No biggie, I keep seeing posts about "Coconut Dream" brand Coconut Aminos being a great alternative to soy sauce or Bragg's Aminos.. However, all the Coconut Dream aminos I see have Coconut SAP as the first ingredient… and I thought Coconut sap was on the "hidden sugars" list ? Would love clarification from anyone.. Thanks!! The only ingredient that is iffy is the coconut sap (which above you said is ok) only this one has more sugar on the label so I wanted to double check. Thank you!
