Hi everyone,


I want to introduce myself and also write my comitment with the program.

I will start the program on 1st of January, before is quite difficult because we are goint to travel for Xmas and visit family....

I am going to make the plan with my husband , so I think it will be very helpful to have somebody walking to the same goal.


Well know I am going to tell you what I decided to do this plan, which also explain my future commitment to it.


When I was ant the high school and then at the university I suffer from alimentary disorders. I am now better but my relationship with the food is very very bad and this is no sustinable in time. So when I read the book I really really  feel understood from someone else.


So I really put my hope and my commitment in this new program, and I will share you how is going.
