Just4me73 Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 I'm 8 days post W30 but my nutrition is still compliant , and although I lost 4cm from my hips/tummy due to bloating, I have actually put on body fat in that area as well as my thighs. My foods consists of usually 2 maybe 3 cups of coffee in the morning with coconut milk. Meals 1,2 and 3 are all pretty much the same..... A serving of protein, usually chicken drumstick , sweet potato and either vegetables fried in coconut oil or a very large salad with avocado and balsamic vinegar dressing ! My protein serving is usually 1.5 servings....( 1.5 palm size) but i am genuinely hungry before I eat and that's how much I need to be satisfied. I'm 5"6 and weight 60kg, so if anyone can shed some light on maybe why I'm putting on bf, I would be greatly appreciated thank you !
