Mon_ac Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 Having completed my first whole 30 in July with relative ease, 5 months down the track I'm back in my original bad habits, and and sadly gained back some weight. While I'm disappointed with myself for being lazy with my 'I know I shouldn't have this but...' what is good is that I have much greater awareness of how 'yuck' I feel and why, and am keen to get back to my first two months of post Whole30 contentment, confidence and bliss.
