Lectralove
Raw sunflower seeds and salted pumpkin seeds Thumbs up or down? Probably over thinking it since the guidelines say they're fine in moderation but... I would like to double check. Thanks!
GFChris
Seeds are a technically compliant fat on a Whole30 (as long as they're not coated or cooked in anything off-plan), and yes, the recommendation is to limit consumption of them. Further, seeds are too easy to much on mindlessly, so if you're opting to consume them, have them as part of a template-based meal or mini-meal of protein, vegetables and fat. Lectralove
Great. I'm adding them to a salad so I think that falls within the meal template. Thank you!
