If you get that reference we can be best friends! 42 because I realized that I'd like to drop a bit more fat and that my dried fruit habit is really stalling the process. Would like to start NOW and go until the end of October. Here's how I did yesterday: Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices good, thick, sugar free bacon, half a huge heirloom tomato with evoo, black coffee. Fish oil, Vitamin D. Lunch: Spaghetti squash, organic Trader Joe's tomato sauce in the can (the only one in the store without canola or soybean oil), chicken breast, evoo, herbs and garlic. Dinner: An apple. I NEVER do this, but I skipped dinner last night because I was SO tired and it was super late when I got off work. My body was telling me to just drink some water, take magnesium and fish oil and hit the hay. So glad I did. Sleep: 1am - 11am. 10 hours!
