Suzy
42: The Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything. If you get that reference we can be best friends! 42 because I realized that I'd like to drop a bit more fat and that my dried fruit habit is really stalling the process. Would like to start NOW and go until the end of October. Here's how I did yesterday: Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices good, thick, sugar free bacon, half a huge heirloom tomato with evoo, black coffee. Fish oil, Vitamin D. Lunch: Spaghetti squash, organic Trader Joe's tomato sauce in the can (the only one in the store without canola or soybean oil), chicken breast, evoo, herbs and garlic. Dinner: An apple. I NEVER do this, but I skipped dinner last night because I was SO tired and it was super late when I got off work. My body was telling me to just drink some water, take magnesium and fish oil and hit the hay. So glad I did. Sleep: 1am - 11am. 10 hours! Much needed because I've been staying up late with friends that came into town.

Suzy
Hi there besty Derval! Yay, Douglas Adams! 9/20 Breakfast: Two eggs, black cherry tomatoes, ghee, butternut squash fritter fried in coconut oil. Coffee. Snack: Half an apple. Coffee. Lunch: Pork carnitas, a banana. Dinner: I simply didn't eat, again! I wasn't hungry when I got home and I decided I would take a bath and go straight to bed as I have a lot to do today and wanted to get dat sleep. Probably won't be skipping it today. Sleep: Sleeping the glorious sleep of the angels again. 2:00am - 11:00am. 9 hours. This is my preferred number of hours per night. When I plan on getting this number, I can leap over buildings and read people's minds. Well, at least I can get my work done.
Carie Skeahan
Hi Suzy! Breakfast looks good. Perhaps you can make enough of something so that you have leftovers that you can eat when you get home from work and don't feel like cooking. Try to eat something, even if it is half a portion sized meal. Hope this helps...
