Every January i do a fast and cleanse; this is similar to the fast i do, and so I thought i would give it a go...I even got my mom and best friend to join me. I am starting tomorrow morning and going till the end of January. My husband is doing the Daniel diet for the same amount of time and so i know i will have a good support team. Have a happy New Years everyone!! Angie p.s. hard to tell in the picture, but basically because i have polycistic ovarian i carry most of my weight in my stomach and thighs.
