Feeling so excited and ready to start. I've been easing into it by doing breakfast and lunch whole30 compliant the last couple days. Meals are planned and I have some prepping done. I need a big life change and I'm so beyond excited and filled with possibility.

Good luck to you Alex! This is my second Whole30. I super excited, and actually plan on doing a Whole90 this time around. I went back to unhealthy eating last time, and I feel I need a little bit longer to break my eating habits. I felt so good on the first one, and I can't wait to feel that way again! Prepping is a life saver for this program, but also try and keep it simple too. :)

D1-m1 three eggs scrambled (shared with toddler) 1 CAS, potatoes with peppers, onion, garlic, zucchini. Aprox 7am

M2- giant salad with romaine, spinach, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, raisins, sunflower seeds, beets & o+v dressing. Sweet pot with ghee on side. 3/4 chicken breast. Noonish

Snack: hardboiled egg and orange at 3ish

M3- pork chop, mashed potatoes & apples sautéed in ghee and cinnamon. 630-7pm

Felt good, a little hungry before bed but that's not surprising consider I always eat some snack/dessert/awfulness before bed usually. Drank mothers milk tea before bed.

Today so far has been pretty good. Breakfast was a 3 egg scramble with CAS, spinach, peppers, onion and garlic. Also 1/4 avocado and an orange.

Lunch was a salad same as yesterday but I added some apple into it and had two hardboiled eggs and two applegate hotdogs on the side.

I've had 64oz of water so far. Making some mm tea now.

I'm starting my period and feeling a little snippy especially with Brendon. He decided to eat ravioli and bread for lunch and waffles with maple syrup for dinner.

Waffles for breakfast I mean. He's left a piece of bread with butter sitting on the table and raviolis in the sink. I'm unsure of how to approach the subject of this being extremely unhelpful to him. He knows I'm doing this, it's challenging and he has said he wants to be supportive and helpful. Right now I feel like a slap across the face would probably get the message across loud and clear. Ughhhhhhhh
